Online Return Policy
Action Bike & Ski happily offer exchange on items where items do not fit.
All postage for exchange is at the buyers expense.
Please send back your exchange item and include a note giving clear instructions of the swap over required - please return to:
Action Bike & Ski - 19 Hume Street, Yarrawonga, Vic, 3730
Please also include a self addressed pre paid envelope for us to send back the exchange. Until we receive payment for the postage we cannot send.
If you are returning your item for any other reason other than a defective product a 10% re stocking fee may apply at managements discretion, along with the original postage costs (even if an item is free post we still have to pay to post it). The refund amount is only for the cost of the item - you will not be refunded the postage costs.
Most of our items come with a full manufactuerers warranty (on manufactuerer defects) - if you ned to return the item for a warranty, the postage costs back is at the buyers expense, unless the item was damaged in transit.
