"Unfortunately the Jet Pilot O'Shea Vest I ordered wasn't in stock. I was never contacted and had to chase up the staff who then advised the reason I never received my order was no stock. They offered to swap it with one they described as better quality, so I accepted. But the Vest I received isn't as good as the Vest I ordered in my opinion (despite the higher cost which merely seems due to later model). Still undecided if I'd use them again. Whilst they apologised, there was no follow up after the error to see if I was happy with the change. Seems like they want to do well, but lacking proactivity with clients. Malaysia Trip
Our Malaysian trip is based in the Cameron Highlands which is a little over 200km north of the capital Kuala Lumpa. The trip runs for 8 nights and includes around 150km of Mountain Bike travel. The trip is a mix of roughing it and style and lets you take in exotic parts of the Cameron Highlands and allows you to gain a "feel" of the local people and villages, as well as taking in the fantastic shopping, food and atmosphere on offer.
